Instagram Giveaway - 20 Days Of Jumbled Joy (Terms and Conditions)

1. Organiser:
   Giveaways are organised by JUMBLED ("Organiser") based at 33-35 Sale Street, Orange NSW 2800

2. Eligibility:
   Giveaways are open to individuals who are Australian residents, aged 18 years or older. 

3. How to Enter:
   To enter a giveaway, participants must:

   • Follow @jumbledonline and the brand partner of the day, clearly listed in the caption

   • Answer the question of the day and tag at least one friend. This account must be a genuine instagram handle.

   • Entry Period:
     The giveaway will start at 1st October 2026 and end on 20th October 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Every single day in this period is treated as a separate giveaway contest. Entries open when the post is put up at 7am AEST and close at 12am AEST that evening. The winner will be decided the following day and announced. 

    

4. Winner Selection:
   The winner will be chosen as the best response to the question given. The winner will be notified via a direct message on Instagram within two days of the giveaway closing.

5. Prize:

   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Claiming the Prize:
   The winner must respond to the notification message within two days to claim their prize. If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, a new winner will be selected.

7. Privacy:
   By entering this giveaway, participants agree to allow the Organiser to use their name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes related to the giveaway. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy.

8. Liability:
   The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other errors that may prevent the entry or delivery of the prize.
