"Welcome to DISCO, a celebration of colour, movement, and the full spectrum of human emotion. This exhibition is a love letter to the dance floor—the place where joy, heartbreak, euphoria, and nostalgia collide under the pulsing glow of neon lights.

For me, it’s always been more than just a space for music; it’s a stage for self-expression, a sanctuary where we shed our daily identities and surrender to the rhythm. It’s where love sparks in a fleeting glance across the room, where tears mix with sweat under the mirror ball, where a beat can crack open old wounds or heal them in an instant. And in that moment, as the music takes over, differences dissolve, and unity emerges. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from, or what you’re carrying—once the beat drops, we move as one.

Each piece in this exhibition captures a moment from the dance floor: the electric thrill of a first dance, the dizzying blur of lights and bodies in motion, the bittersweet beauty of a song that takes you back.

DISCO is an invitation to feel it all. To move. To lose yourself. To remember. To let go. Whether you find joy, nostalgia, or something unexpected in these works, I hope they take you back to a moment when the music was loud, your heart was open, and for just a little while, nothing else mattered. Now, step inside—the dance floor is waiting." Xander Holliday
